Spaces are always filling up fast...if you would like to order a cake topper I need at least 3 weeks notice, for a cake its 2 months.

For Toppers, Once I have recieved your email/call with what you would like to order and you are happy with the total price, I will then send an invoice to you through Paypal. You can also pay by cheque, postal order or bankers draft. For cakes Please make an appointment (1 weeks notice) to discuss ideas and what your imagination is wanting.

For Toppers Full and cleared payment is required to secure your place in my diary if the wedding is less than 3 months away, otherwise a £20 (non refundable) deposit is required with the outstanding balance becoming payable 6-8 weeks before your wedding date.

For cakes, a 20% deposit (non returnable) is required again with outstanding payment due 8 weeks before date.

Approx 6 weeks before the celebration I'll send you a questionnaire for you to fill out with all the required details needed to start creation of your cake topper. With a cake we make sure we have all your requirements and design/flavours 6 weeks before date.

When I've made your topper photos will be sent to you through email to check if everything is okay before hardening the topper for the final time.

Pics of Cake will be sent as above before wedding date to check you are happy.

Once I have recieved your final approval- your topper will be double packed bubble wrap and foam and placed in a secure walled cardboard box to ensure no breakages while in transit.

Cakes will be delivered to the venue and set up on day booked, please give an hrs window slot before and after the time booked. Stands are not provided but your venue should provide a knife and stand within their services. Delivery prices are included in the price of your cake. We can deliver within Yorkshire. Outside of Yorkshire arrangements will be made for you to pick up the cake yourself.

Your topper is sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Delivery will be the next working day before 1pm and you will need to sign for it on arrival. I will email you the day before it is sent to let you know in advance.
